Refusal to pay salary by VAP Technology @VAPTechnology

Salary not provided for more than a month.
According to Rohit Palit he was provided a letter offering a salary, made to work for more than 1 month & arbitrarily fired on or around February 8, 2020. He has not been compensated in terms of money around INR 19000 for the time he worked. And the weak argument being offered is that the money is held back due to the last sales target has not been achieved. So they told me I will not get my salary. In this lockdown period due to covid 19 pandemic Rohit Palit, who worked for more than a month and also has been made to spend on transport for his night shift, is now suffering for want of money.

70 Year old NOIDA resident getting no service by 1MG Online Pharmacy Platform on Accu-Chek Glucometer

Glucometer bought in January 2020 keeps showing Error 1
The item was purchased via 1MG (https://www.1mg.com) and the product keeps malfunctioning every time the strip is inserted in the glucometer.

1MG is not ready to assist and the consumer Kailash Kaushik, a 70 year old Noida citizen, has been left with nothing to measure his sugar levels.

A request is made to 1MG to replace the item as soon as possible.

The complaint is also being escalated to Accu-Chek Extra Care Roche Diabetes Care India Pvt. Ltd. to assist the consumer get the right product.

The customer states “The moment I insert the test strip, the glucometer shows Error 1.”

I had heard so much praise about ACCUCHEK glucometers, that I bought an Accuchek Active glucometer. Have been having trouble since the beginning. After great trouble, they replaced it. But the new one is no better.

It’s so difficult to get through to their Executive. They neither send a technician nor do they tell me where their Service center is near me. I was grateful for the replacement. But after some time, that’s also giving trouble. Can someone please help me. I am a 70+ age Diabetic.

I can’t afford another glucometer. I bought this even though there were much cheaper ones available.

In June 2013, following the advise of the DHBVN lineman who said our meter was faulty, we applied for a new meter. The old meter, which has been put in by DHBVN and has in no way been tampered with, was replaced by a new one. Then one year later, DHBVN sent a bill amounting to INR 1,00,000, telling us that these are dues because of the faulty meter giving false readings. They showed no paperwork and no calculations on how they arrived at this figure. We had to go to Utilities court but unfortunately, the judge there asked us to settle this amicably. With DHBVN unwilling to see that there are errors in their calculations, we had no other option but to file a case in the Faridabad Courts.

On 25-08-2018, we suspected that our meter is running very fast, and put in a complaint about the same. On 01-10-2018, two men came on a motorcycle, refused to show any ID and said they shall remove the meter have it tested and then returned. Fearing for my ailing grandmother, I asked them to put in a replacement meter to which they blatantly refused.

On 07-11-2019, they cut our connection stating we haven’t paid our bill. On reaching DHBVN the next day and asking for the bill, the DHBVN personnel was unable to print one and we had to pay the bill amounting to INR 16,212 off on a screenshot. Surprisingly on 14-11-2019, another bill issued on 14-11-2019 amounting to INR 10,094 came in and when we asked DHBVN personnel they told us that this was the bill, which means the electricity was cut solely for the purpose of harassing us.

DHBVN and its personnel know that they have the sole monopoly in the electricity business and so can get away with harassing and ill-treating the customers. l urge you to help me get this problem solved once and for all.

Employee threatened and harassed by Som Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Rakesh Kumar from Gurugram has lodged a complaint against his former employers Som Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

In his complaint, Rakesh Kumar, a lower middle class worker, alleges that he has not been paid his dues for the past 4 months and upon complaining to his superiors he was fired without any notice. He was also threatened that he will not be paid his dues no matter what he does.

complaint.care has asked Rakesh Kumar for dox for finding a peaceful resolution and has advised Rakesh to talk to the HR to settle the matter.
